For many years Te Kiteroa was home to the Women's Division of Federated Farmers and was known across the country as a sanctuary for women to come to and spend time resting, recharging and being taken care of! Take a walk with us through history as we share stories from Te Kiteroa spanning through the decades from the 1940's to the late 1970's
We are thrilled to be offering an intimate talk, guided tour and afternoon tea sharing the fascinating history and stories from this era in time at Te Kiteroa!

Experience an intimate afternoon tea at Te Kiteroa, take a walk through time discovering how in the midst of world war two, this incredible heritage homestead was discovered and became a sanctuary for thousands of women over the next three decades. Hear how the Women's Division of Federated Farmers (WDFF) came to own and operate Te Kiteroa for several decades, and join the current custodians of Te Kiteroa for a tour of a unique piece of immaculately preserved architecture and history.
